Mirna A. Lucho, Esq. is a Florida-licensed attorney with more than a decade of experience in litigation, consumer rights, real estate law, and contract disputes. She is the creator of the LUCHO Method™, an ethical, evidence-driven framework designed to help consumers safely exit timeshares without falling victim to predatory exit companies.
Mirna began her legal career representing major financial institutions in high-volume litigation, where she gained extensive courtroom experience handling motion hearings, contested matters, non-jury trials, discovery, and case strategy. She later expanded her practice to represent homeowners, debtors, landlords, tenants, and consumers across a wide range of real estate and financial cases.
Through her work in foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, HOA/condo disputes, collections, and consumer-protection matters, Mirna witnessed firsthand how everyday people are misled, pressured, or overwhelmed by systems designed to disadvantage them. This insight inspired her commitment to making the law more accessible and empowering for consumers.
